As a child, I used to scribble down beautifully on the first page of every notebook or dairy. A small overwriting, a simple mistake, a letter written slightly darker than others. The page would be torn off. Most of my notebooks began like this. In an attempt to make it the perfect one, I ended up tearing off too many pages. Same with the letters to my Dad. And yes, each one was kissed atleast a hundred times. But none of the kisses were ever written down. Wonder if Dad was ever able to feel those. Thank God my letters weren’t torn off by the moral police in India or Saudi Arabia. After all, they were Kisses…
